Order Tracking

  1. Domestic Orders:

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation WhatsApp & email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
    • You can track your order by entering the provided tracking number on our website or the courier’s website.
  2. International Orders:

    • International orders will also receive a tracking number.
    • Please note that tracking information may be limited for certain international destinations.

Delivery Delays

  1. Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • Trishay Sansthan is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
  2. Incorrect Address:

    • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. Trishay Sansthan is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Order Cancellation and Changes

  2. Changes:

    • Once an order is processed, changes to the shipping address or items in the order may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.
  2. Return Policy:

    • Trishay Sansthan accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
