Cancellation, Return, and Refund policies of Trishay Sansthan

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer: Customers may request to cancel their order within 2 Days of placing the order by contacting our customer support team at 9823265487. Cancellation requests received after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

2. Cancellation by Trishay Sansthan: Trishay Sansthan reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of products, pricing errors, or fraudulent activities. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Process: To request a return, customers must contact our customer support team at 9823265487 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns made without an RMA number may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on the part of Trishay Sansthan, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

4. Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for eligible returns in accordance with our return policy. Refunds may also be issued in cases of order cancellation or if Trishay Sansthan is unable to fulfill an order.

2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of approval and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Customers will be notified via phone call and through Whatsapp once the refund has been processed.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, such as downloadable products, customized or personalized items, or items marked as non-returnable.

4. Refund Inquiries: If customers have not received their refund within the specified timeframe, they should contact our customer support team at support.trishay@gmail.com / 9823265487 for assistance.
