2. Professional Consulting Services

• Scope of Work: Trishay Sansthan provides architectural, environmental, and spatial alignment consulting based on traditional principles and Vastu Shastra. All recommendations are advisory in nature.
• Implementation: The client is solely responsible for deciding whether and how to implement our spatial recommendations or layouts. We are not liable for any structural, financial, or operational outcomes resulting from the implementation of our advice by third-party contractors or the client.
• Consultation Fees: All consultation fees must be paid in advance or in accordance with agreed schedules. Missed or canceled appointments without prior notice may be subject to rescheduling fees.

3. Product Orders (Rudraksha, Gemstones, Bracelets & Vastu Fixtures)

• Authenticity & Nature of Products: We offer natural, carefully sourced, and energized items including Rudraksha beads, gemstones, bracelets, pendants, yantras, and custom architectural brass elements.
• Variations: Due to the organic nature of natural gemstones, Rudraksha beads, and handcrafted metallic fixtures, minor variations in color, grain, texture, or finish are completely normal and emphasize their authenticity. These do not constitute defects.
• Spiritual / Astrological Disclaimer: Products like Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras, and kavach are offered as spiritual and traditional alignment aids based on ancient wisdom. We make no medical, psychological, or absolute guaranteed outcome claims regarding their metaphysical effects.

4. Educational Programs, Courses, and Events

• Registration & Access: Enrollment in our training programs, courses, or spiritual events requires accurate registration details and completion of payment. Access credentials for online content are strictly for personal use and cannot be shared.
• Cancellations & Refunds for Events/Programs: Fees paid for live workshops, specialized courses, or scheduled events are subject to specific cancellation windows stated at the time of registration.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics

• Dispatch: We pack all spiritual items, custom brass elements, and products with utmost care. Delivery timelines depend on your location and whether an item requires custom energization or crafting.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for transit delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Consultations & Digital Access: Fees paid for completed consultation sessions or digital course access are strictly non-refundable.
• Physical Products: Due to the sacred and personal nature of items like Rudraksha, gemstones, bracelets, and custom brass elements, returns or exchanges are only accepted for items received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Reporting Issues: Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing media/photographs.
